Erica Barnes

Finance and Administration Director

Erica has substantial experience working with arts organizations, previously as Assistant Director at Second Street Gallery, Programming Director at KRUI, and served on the board of Student Broadcasters, Inc. Erica began working for the Virginia Film Festival in 2013 and has held as variety of past roles such as Digital Media Gallery Coordinator and Filmmakers and Sponsors Lounge Coordinator before being hired in 2017 as their Business Manager and Outreach Coordinator, where she manages the Festival’s administrative and fiscal needs and oversees the planning and implementation of outreach programs and special events. She has a B.A. in Arts Management from the University of Iowa and moved to Charlottesville in 2012.
