2023 Playbill Details
2023 VTF Playbill advisting space is available now! To reserve your ad, fill out our 2023 VTF Playbill Ad Insertion Form today.
We produce a single playbill for our full summer sesaon each year. Our full-color, professionally printed playbill will be distributed to patrons by our ushers at over 20 performances across three productions during the 2023 VTF season, running from July 7 through August 6. Our playbill will also available electronically via a QR code in our lobby and hosted on the VTF website.
Our 2023 advertising rates* are as follows:
Full Page (4.75”w X 7.5”h) – $900
Half Page – Horizontal (4.75”w X 3.75”h ) – $700
Quarter Page (2.375”w X 3.75”h) – $500
*non-profits will receive a 20% discount on ad placements*
CAMERA-READY ADS: Advertisers are responsible for the production and submission of their camera-ready ads by the stated deadline and following the guidelines below.
GUIDELINES: PDF format is preferred with fonts & images embedded, password protection turned off, and 300 DPI minimum. Ads must be built to exactly the correct size, without bleeds or cropmarks. If ad is color, it must be in CMYK (all spot colors converted to 4 color).
Ad reservations & final artwork due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 31. Ads should be submitted to eb4va@virginia.edu.
