Individual Giving

Thank you for considering a gift to the Virginia Theatre Festival. The Virginia Theatre Festival would not exist without the generous support from our donors – we hope you become a VTF member today! Below is an outline of benefits that members will enjoy this season at different levels of giving. Please note that VTF will also be announcing on-sale dates and other information regarding accessing the full 2023 VTF Season later this spring.

VTF Member ($100 – $249)

  • Early access for donor’s household to purchase tickets during member presale (June 1-5)
  • Name recognition in playbill and on VTF website
  • VTF 2023 season merchandise item (1 per donation)

Patron ($250 – $999)

  • All of the above benefits
  • Invitation for two (2) to VTF 2023 Season Kick Off Reception in May 

Director ($1,000 – $2,499)

  • All of the above benefits
  • Invitation for two (2) to a tech or dress rehearsal
  • Concierge ticket service

    • Note: Concierge ticket service offers donors at this level and above exclusive access to a dedicated VTF staff member who will assist with the placement of personal ticket orders for the donor’s household as well as the coordination of late season additions and fee-free ticket changes (ie: exchanges, seat changes, and reprints) as requested and pending availability.

Producer ($2,500 – $4,999)

  • All of the above benefits
  • Backstage tour with VTF staff and/or company member(s)*
  • Gifts of $2,500 or more are also recognized as UVA Rotunda Society Members

Star ($5,000+)

  • All of the above benefits
  • Opportunity to present/sponsor a 2023 VTF Production

All gifts made to VTF from September 1, 2022, to present day will be automatically enrolled in the membership program detailed above, in accordance with the level of the gift. All donations to VTF are fully tax-deductible. Benefits may be subject to change based on the ever-changing COVID-19 policies of VTF, UVA, and the larger community.
